is an acronym for POsitive PAssion. POPA is an art movement which brings positivity through it's art. The POPA-ART is defined by bright colours and themes which projects tolerance to
other cultures, as well as respect to people as individuals. In nowadays society there
is a definate need for positivity. Action brings reaction. We hope
to inspire people through our art to use positivity in their daily life. 10% of our sales will be donated to organizations helping children. This website is under construction. | POPA is an acronym for POsitive PAssion. POPA is a new art-movement founded in Leiden, the Netherlands, the birthplace of the world-renowned Dutch artist Rembrandt. The vision behind this movement is that of three women, Barbara van Druten, Susana Lopez and Soon Ja Terwee. POsitive PAssion otherwise known as POPA is a movement that wishes to create positive feelings through an eclectic mix of creativity and art. Bright colours define the POPA-art itself. The paintings seek portray acceptance of cultural, religious & ethnic diversity that exists in our world today. The three artists will be donating 10% sales price of their works of art to different organizations, among these are: People's Trust and Wings of support. Barbara van Druten, Susana L—pez and Soon Ja Terwee are three Independent, charismatic women of the Millennium, who combine raising of their children with a professional career. Through their experiences and the love for their children they have taken up the challenge to create a more positive world for their children.
